We’re committed to providing a high-quality, streamlined and collaborative experience for our customers — whether they use Configura or a partner.
Throughout the year, the Customer Delivery team invested time and effort in reviewing our project methodology and improving routines for project management. This hard work paid off as we served 55 customers with 101,000 customer-facing hours delivered. In August, our team reached an all-time high delivering 9,100 billable hours.
The team supported several customer migrations from Configura Software — an earlier version of our space planning and design software — to either CET Commercial Interiors or CET Material Handling. This included manufacturers like DeLaval, Hoyez, ISKU and Spacesaver.
To close out the year, 70 percent of our Configura Software users were on target to join CET by 2025. Additionally, over 3,300 users were going through the transition from Configura Software to CET, with a goal migration end date of 2025.
Customer Delivery collaborated on several projects that pushed the innovation of Configura’s ecosystem. For example, U-Tron — a turn-key provider of fully automated and semi-automated parking solutions — joined the CET Material Handling community. Over in the kitchen and bath industry, Sweden-based Polyform joined CET Kitchen & Bath as part of our growth plan for Europe.

Support enhances performance for new extensions, creates satisfied users in 2022
As new customers came on board, the Support team stayed busy with an avalanche of new Extensions. Support worked alongside our customers, exploring performance-related issues and identifying solutions.
To measure satisfaction for those who contacted Support, we launched a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. Our NPS for the year landed right between Good and Excellent. While we are emboldened by these results, we are taking steps to further elevate our customer support experience.
An out-of-this-world year for the CET community
It was an exciting year for the CET community with our growing training offerings and the return of CET Experience as a hybrid event—offering both in-person and virtual attendance options.
We rolled out new community breakout sessions to engage users and keep the spirit of CET Experience strong all year long. We also launched the CET Extended Trial for commercial interiors which resulted in 310 user sign-ups.

Our first-ever hybrid CET Experience hosted in Grand Rapids, Michigan brought many members of our community together in person and increased access to those who prefer to attend virtually from anywhere in the world.
