Linköping, Sweden – Jan. 14—Configura announced today that it wrapped up 2024 by adding more than 30 new Extensions and Libraries to its CET platform, emphasizing its dedication to meeting the evolving needs of its global user community. The additions reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to listening to its customers, integrating their feedback and enhancing its software ecosystem for designers, manufacturers and space planners worldwide.

2024 Milestones
Throughout 2024, Configura focused on uncovering and addressing user pain points with actionable solutions. The company ensured its software capabilities aligned with real-world needs by fostering close collaboration with manufacturers, designers and industry professionals. This approach has strengthened Configura’s position as a leader in the space planning and design software industries and enhanced the user experience by providing intuitive and impactful tools.
Configura celebrated a significant achievement in 2024 by winning MHI’s Best IT Innovation Award at MODEX for its CET Material Handling product. The company was selected from nearly 200 submissions and recognized for its dedication to creating transformative software for intralogistics, warehousing and distribution center design.
Also, during the past year, Configura developed and started the release of Analytics, a transformative feature designed to convert raw data into actionable insights. By analyzing data collected from everyday CET usage, Analytics enables users to gain a deeper understanding of user behavior, market trends and the effectiveness of their investments. These advancements empower professionals in commercial interiors, material handling and the kitchen and bath industries to create and sell their visions with greater efficiency and precision.

A manufacturer can choose to create their own Extension to house their products or add their products to the already established Extension Commercial Interiors Library.
