Closing the beta for External Merge Requests

As you may be aware, we added the ability for external merge requests to be made from our development community. There is a process in which this can be done described in an earlier developer news post here:

We are looking to end the beta period on December 1st. The beta period was created to help us understand the usefulness and interest of the feature. We will also be overlooking the process to make improvements, alongside feedback provided in the developer survey.

This is a good time for a quick reminder, the Developer Survey will close on November 15th. We would love to get more responses from our community, so please do take the survey if you can.
